Is George Soros Corrupt? Recently Hungary's PM Viktor Orban called Hungarian-born American investor George Soros "The most corrupt man in world politics", and accused him of paying off politicians and interfering in Hungary's affairs. Alongside his philanthropic work, Soros is a very active figure in the American political scene, and has supported progressive and liberal political causes through his donations. Soros is also allegedly investing funds in support of the Democratic candidates running in the critical Georgia runoff elections, which could decide the fate of the Senate.
