Muhammad Mahmoud al-Hajah to be First UAE Ambassador to Israel UAE Vice President Sheikh Muhammad bin Rashid al-Maktoum has sworn in Muhammad Mahmoud al-Hajah as the UAE's first ambassador to Israel. The Gulf media announced that its cabinet had approved last month the establishment of the state's new embassy in Tel Aviv.
