A fire broke out near Jerusalem in several different points - residents were evacuated from their homes in nearby localities
Firefighters are working on the fire, which broke out between Shueva and Shoresh, near Highway 1. Police are evacuating the first line of houses in Beit Meir, and residents of Kislon, Ramat Raziel and Givat Ya'arim were also asked to evacuate. Roads 3955 and 395 were blocked to traffic

Heavy smoke is blocking the sun in Jerusalem and can be seen clearly all the way south to Gush Etzion.
