NEWSRAEL: To those who remember, a few months ago, Britain designated Hamas, in its entirety a terror organization. We reported on this as a major blow to Hamas. We can see, in this report, just how much damage that simple "designating" did. One should notice that all these "terror leaders" are billionaires. Money seems to be their first concern.
A newspaper in the Gulf claims that Hamas is having a hard time recovering from the blow that the Lloyds Insurance Corporation landed on it about three months ago. Then the world's largest insurance market issued an official statement warning all its members against companies affiliated with the Palestinian terrorist organization.
According to the newspaper, this warning landed a severe blow on those companies that are now having difficulty generating activity and revenue. These companies are at the heart of Hamas' funding system. Thus, Hamas in Turkey have recruited experts in the field of finance and insurance as well as economists to try to deal with the problem. It was also reported that at the same time, Hamas began conducting an internal investigation into who leaked to the world insurance giant the names of all those companies that work for Hamas.
