In today's episode, we have a wonderful treat where we visit the Shilat Cliffs - from the air!

This is a beautiful cliff in the middle of the unique Ben Shemen Forest, a 15-minute drive from Jerusalem. Shilat Cliff has a large picnic area at the top of the cliff and a running stream below. This is a great site for both rappelling and top rope rock climbing.
