Killed and 2 wounded in clan fight in Gaza Strip Heavy exchanges of gunfire were recently reported in the Gaza Strip in the Beit Hanoun area in the northern Gaza Strip.

The reason: a clan quarrel between the Shabat clan and the Piach clan. The Gazans also report that following the shooting, Basel Shabat was killed and two others were injured, including Basel Shabat's son, who was injured in the leg.

The fighting continues unabated.
