An Iranian hacker group that calls itself “Moses Staff” posted the clip.
The footage was apparently taken from a roadside security camera, suggesting that Moses Staff managed to hack into the computer system of either the Jerusalem Municipality or local police.
Moses Staff has carried out a number of cyberattacks on Israel in recent years. Most have been focused on “exposure.” Last year, for instance, the group published the personal details (including home address and phone number) of all members of a particular IDF combat brigade.
