A bill by MK Avi Dichter of the Likud, which seeks to ban contacts between Israeli organizations and citizens and security and intelligence agencies of foreign policy entities, including the Palestinian Authority, was approved today by the Ministerial Committee for Legislation.

The bill, is intended to close a loophole in the law that is being used by the Palestinian Authority's intelligence and security mechanisms to gather intelligence on Israel and within it.
