Will alternate Prime Minister Bennett veto the agreement with Lebanon?

Bennett criticized the conduct surrounding the approval of the agreement: it would have been better if it had been approved after the elections. In Israel they estimate: it is still possible to reach an agreement - but only after the elections

Even after the discussion in the political-security cabinet, the alternate PM Bennett does not rule out imposing a veto on his part on an agreement with Lebanon.

Talks with Lebanon continue with the goal of reaching an agreement, but in Israel it is estimated that it will not be approved before the elections.

Bennett said in the cabinet that it would have been better to approve the agreement after the elections.
