On December 17, 2021, a 17-second animated video was posted to the Kaf Telegram channel, which is affiliated with the Iraqi Hizbullah Brigades. 

The video depicts a giant Hizbullah Brigades fighter standing on a damaged U.S. flag, while American soldiers run away from him towards a U.S. military plane. 

A caption at the end of the video reads, "The Withdrawal of American Forces, December 31, 2011 [sic]," an apparent reference to threats by Iraqi militias that all American soldiers must leave Iraq by the end of 2021. 

The Telegram post read: "We have proven throughout the years that the endurance is for the owners of the land."
