IDF: Meet Sergeant Likenesh

This is Sergeant Likenesh. A female Israeli IDF combat soldier of Ethiopian descent who serves in the 47th Battalion known as The Lions of the Jordan Valley.
On Israeli Independence Day, she was awarded the President of Israel’s Award for Excellence. This is an award that only 120 soldiers receive a year.
