With no fanfare, this morning it was reported that a large American convoy arrived in al-Hasqa in northern Syria

The US delegation was headed by none other than US Senator Lindsay Graham, who is visiting northeastern Syria and meeting with SDF Kurdish leaders.

The senator arrived with a military delegation to al-Hasqa with the aim of reducing tensions between the Kurds and the Turks, and of the great fear of a large-scale conflict coming to northern Syria.

It should be mentioned that Senator Lindsay is one of the main opponents of the nuclear deal with Iran, and he has managed to establish an American front that includes Democrats and Republicans against the deal.
