A few weeks ago, combat soldiers in the IDF's Golani Brigade were stuck in the city of Afula and had to sleep on the floor of the bus station because no more buses were available to bring them to their base.

Once Afula's mayor saw the pictures of the stranded IDF soldiers sleeping on the floor, he organized a special day for the soldiers at the city's country club.

Well done -- they deserve it!
