VIDEO: A Volunteer Belarusian battalion is in Kyiv and vows to defend it with their lives

In Ukraine, Belarusians have created a separate battalion named after Kastus Kalinouski to defend Kyiv.

According to them, more than 200 Belarusians have joined the territorial defense of Ukraine, another 300 intend to go to Ukraine.

Belarus, of course, is an ally of Putin and there is much talk about troops from Belarus joining Russia in its invasion. If so - they could very well meet their own countrymen - in battle.
