A third tanker carrying Iranian fuel to Lebanon has arrived at the port of Banias in Syria, according to Twitter's rating tonight (Wednesday), "TankerTrackers.com", a service that tracks and ranks oil shipments. Hezbollah says the shipments it imports are supposed to ease the energy crisis in Lebanon.
