Ministry of Defense Spokesperson:  3 mortars were landed a little while ago at the Erez crossing of the crossings authority in the Ministry of Defense. 

There were no casualties, but damage was caused to the terminal roof and shrapnel fell into the entrance hall from the Gaza Strip, through which thousands of Palestinian workers routinely pass to work in Israel. Erez crossing is closed in light of the operation, thus preventing wider damage.
