Bennett meets With World Bank Group President

Prime Minister Naftali Bennett met yesterday (Wednesday) with World Bank Group President David Malpass, in the Prime Minister's Office in Jerusalem.
Prime Minister Bennett and World Bank Group President Malpass met privately and then held an expanded working meeting with the participation of Prime Minister's Office Director General Yair Pines, Foreign Ministry Economic Division Head Ofir Kariv, Finance Ministry International Development Banks Unit Head Eyal Medan, and with the World Bank Group Vice President for the Middle East and Africa, an Executive Director at the World Bank Group and other officials.
Prime Minister Bennett noted the great potential for cooperation between the World Bank and the State of Israel. Among the topics discussed were regional Issues as well as areas of future cooperation in trade, health, climate, energy and water.
