Contract between the Swiss Government and the Israeli NGO "Footsteps", financing a project to change the narrative of the conflict among Jewish-Israelis through the opening of security archives and their use to expose "crimes" and "injustices" that Israel allegedly inflicted on Palestinians in 1948.

In short - to dig up dirt on Israel that will help the Palestinian narrative.
