Sometimes, its all about being at the right place at the right time.
A United Hatzalah of Israel volunteer Dov Povarsky was passing through the town of Bnei Ayish when he received a notification that a baby was choking just 100 meters away.
He was the closest available responder, so he sped to the given coordinates arriving in just 30 seconds and found the infant struggling to breathe.
Dov immediately started treating the baby. He succeeded in clearing his airways, and thank God the baby is doing well.
Dov was passing by at that exact moment the baby, who is only 3 weeks old, was saved.
