The New Iran President's objectives are to remove sanctions and to use the money to empower proxies

Iran continues its efforts to look for ways to strengthen its branches throughout the Middle East.
This is the objective of new President Ibrahim Raisi, the lifting of sanctions on Iran which will allow it to recover economically.
In doing so - it will be able to send more military aid to Hezbollah, Hamas, the Islamic Jihad, and its other proxies.
