When broadcasting from a Fatah rally in support of the PA held in Ramallah in July, official PA TV added a terror song that praises as “mighty” “the hand that blows up a plane.”

Since then, it has become PA TV policy to add terror promoting songs to the street rallies.

To strengthen support for the PA and its increasingly unpopular chairman Abbas, official PA TV has broadcast repeatedly from Fatah rallies in support of the PA. The rallies are taking place throughout the PA areas. The following terror promoting songs calling for violence have been added to PA TV broadcasts:

“No force in the world can remove the weapon from my hand” – PA TV added this song to two broadcasts from Hebron and Jenin

“O Fatah man with the Kalashnikov, teach them the war of the streets” – PA TV added this song to two broadcasts from Ramallah and Jericho

PMW has exposed other efforts by official PA TV to promote violence and terror via songs. In its quiz program Tune of the Homeland, PA TV more often than not includes songs that romanticize, underline, and even promote the “armed struggle” and the use of violence and terror against Israel.
