Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid has "come up" with a plan for the rehabilitation of the Gaza Strip
This plan was formulated in the Foreign Ministry and includes two stages:

A. Gaza's humanitarian reconstruction under PA scrutiny and parallel to this a concerted fight to weaken Hamas.
B. Economy for security. As part of the second phase, the Palestinian Authority will take over the economic and civilian management of the Gaza Strip.
