Lapid launched the operation without cabinet approval

Operation "Breaking Dawn" was launched 3 days ago by the decision of Prime Minister Yair Lapid, Defense Minister Benny Gantz, and former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett. The cabinet ministers were informed in advance but were not part of the decision. These circumstances lead Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz say to Lapid during a debate: "How did you go on this operation without us?"
