Al Ayyam reports that senior activists from the incendiary balloon terror division are preparing for another round of escalation. "As a response to the ongoing siege of Gaza Strip, and Israel's entrance refusal of Qatari mediator and grant to the Gaza Strip."

The activists confirmed Al Ayyam that "the next few hours will be crucial" and the return to incendiary balloon attacks is very close, to force the Israeli side ease the siege on Gaza Strip. They claim that if that move fails, they will escalate their actions and call on other strategies. 

Hamas has confirmed this morning that an important meeting will take place on Monday. The meeting will include all terror organizations' leaders. 

It's important to mention that Hamas and other organizations aren't threatening rocket fire yet, only a gradual escalation starting with incendiary balloon attacks.
