"In the circumstances of the DNA case, the petitioner claimed that he served the state within the framework of the Intelligence Institute and special positions between the years '75 and '79. At the time, he was placed in a group of terrorists linked to the murder of Israeli athletes at the Munich Olympics.

'This squad was arrested in Germany together with the petitioner who sat with them in the German prison in custody for 14 days. During the interrogation of the cell, it became clear to her members that the petitioner was the one who passed on the information about it and he underwent a mask of torture and severe abuse by the cell members in the common cell where they were in prison.

'The hearing in petitioner's case continued. The respondent claimed that he was a "volunteer" or "that the employment contract was not signed", and only on December 30, 2009, we were about 6 years after the application for recognition as a disabled person, did the Haifa District Court order the respondent to recognize him as disabled. "

Since the incident was revealed in a legal protocol in Israel and the court or the Ministry of Defense did not claim that the petitioner lied, it can be concluded that he is telling the truth. Despite this, all my attempts to confirm that there was indeed such a case in the years in question at the Mossad, that is, the operation of someone in a prison cell in Germany together with a group of terrorists that was linked to the murder of Israeli athletes - were in vain.

The massacre of athletes at the Munich Olympics was a Palestinian terrorist operation that took place in September 1972. The three terrorists captured (Jamal al-Gashi, Adnan al-Gashi and Muhammad Safdi) did not stay long in a German prison. On October 30, 1972, less than two months after the incident, terrorists from the "Black September" organization hijacked a plane of the German airline Lufthansa.
