Iran has claimed to UN inspectors that the centrifuges are self-produced, but Trevor Adams, a former friend of 'Abd al-Qadir Khan (father of the Pakistani nuclear program) who worked with him in the Netherlands and works as a UN inspector, says that as soon as he looked at Iranian centrifuges he realized they were Dutch.

That is the same technology that Khan acquired while working in the Netherlands and was transferred to Iran.
