Journalists reported that the head of Israel's National Security Council, Eyal Holta, "warned Russia against this step and warned that if the distribution of Iranian missiles is not stopped, this could lead to the appearance of high-precision ballistic missiles in Ukraine."
Israel said the "high-precision missiles may appear in Ukraine" amid protests over Russia's use of Iranian ballistic missiles.
The protest was expressed in a number of conversations between Israel's ambassador to Russia Alexander Ben-Zvi and Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Bogdanov, which were quoted by the local TV channel "Kan 11".
Israel also warned Russian officials of the consequences of Russia's possession of Iranian ballistic missiles.
According to reports, Tehran has transferred ballistic missiles, including the Fatah-110 and Zulfikar, with a range of 300 km and 700 km, respectively.
