Huge fires ravaging region of Algeria - WATCH
At least 38 people were killed and a large number of injured today as a result of forest fires in the mountainous regions of Algeria, according to news agency reports.

According to the report, Algerian firefighters are still trying to take control of many fires, which threaten the lives of many residents in the eastern provinces of Algeria.
Since the start of August, 106 fires have broken out in Algeria, destroying more than 2,500 hectares of woodland.
