A resident of East Jerusalem was recruited by Hamas to establish a kindergarten, a special center for poor families and an association for the purpose of financing terrorism. He was arrested after making contact with a Hamas operative in Turkey from those released in the Shalit deal.
According to the indictment filed through attorney Eyal Lidni, the accused met in Turkey with a Hamas operative who was convicted, among other things, of murder and deported to Turkey as part of the "Shalit deal".
