Iran is losing control of its militia members in Damascus

In a report published today, Monday, the Saudi Arabian news site - "Elaph" revealed that Iran has lost control of a number of its militia members in the city of Damascus, which is controlled by Assad.
The site, quoting local sources, said: "Afghani and other elements brought in by Iran no longer obey the leadership of the Quds Force or the Revolutionary Guards." The website added that "these elements refuse to obey the orders of their commanders and carry out thefts, looting and shooting at random in the Saida Zinab neighborhood (a Shiite neighborhood) in the south of the city of Damascus."
The website noted that a number of these "elements" married Syrian women and settled in the capital Damascus.
