As part of the facilitation of the renewal of the nuclear agreement with Iran, the United States is conducting secret negotiations on the transfer of oil from Iran to Syria. 

Ahead of the resumption of talks on the nuclear deal, it is reported that  that Israel may be on the verge of a tripartite and very unusual agreement with Iran and the US, according to which Israel is considering allowing oil to pass from Iran to Syria.

Three tankers are now making their way from Iran to Syria via the crossing, ships that Iran previously carried weapons to Syria and Hezbollah. But now, as part of the renewal of the nuclear deal, the US is considering a series of easing for Iran to put it on the negotiating table.
