The Iranian foreign minister will visit Ankara tomorrow, a week after the capture of the terrorists from Iran who planned to attack Israelis on Turkish soil.

Iran will try their best to "calm the waters" with Turkey, after Iran sent terror cells to attack Israeli tourists. By doing so - they not only hurt Turkish attempts to re-build its large and lucrative tourist business and its endeavor to re-build ties with Israel - but it hurt the Turkish ego of using Turkish land to fight its war with Israel. 

This alone is not something Turkey can allow.
