Now is the time to change the approach. A terrorist with blood on his hands - should receive a bullet to the head. A terrorist without blood on his hands - should be deported.

We should not be rehabilitating in our prisons terrorists from the Hamas or the Islamic Jihad. They are not captives who are appropriate for a prisoner exchange.

This is how a state that believes in the righteousness of its way and that defends its citizens should run things.
