Prison Service will not fund surgery to rehabilitate terrorist

The Prison Service informed Maj. Gen. Moshe Chen, the policeman who was injured in a terrorist attack carried out by Asraa Jabas in 2015, that in light of his family's request, it was decided not to fund the plastic surgery requested by the terrorist.

Why should Israel fund the evil terrorist plastic surgery when the vile savage deliberately went out to kill the policeman.
