Morocco and Israel have signed a cooperation agreement in the field of cyber defense. This is the first cyber agreement between the countries since the establishment of diplomatic relationships.

The agreement was signed this week in Rabat between the head of the Israeli cyber network, Yigal Ona, and his Moroccan counterpart, General Mustafa Al-Rabi'i, in the presence of Moroccan Defense Minister Abdel Altif Lloydi.

The agreement establishes cooperation in operational areas, research and development, defense information sharing and more.
