A handwritten sentence on a paper note found in one of the ISIS dens in Sinai, raided by Egyptian military forces with the help of Sinai tribal unification, confirmed the fact that although the Muslim Brotherhood tried to deny it, that it was a Caucasian foreign sniper who worked for ISIS and killed Egyptian army soldiers and civilians in northern Sinai Morsi's rule of the Muslim Brotherhood.
During the recent ISIS raids in the Lifat and al-Muqatta area, a paper was found that read "Abu Othman al-Qaqzi" and next to it a written phrase meaning that the person who wrote that note was an ISIS man who confessed to stealing from Abu Othman al-Qaqazi and that the latter forgave him.
The incident confirmed that the Muslim Brotherhood has hired Caucasians from Chechnya, who were trained snipers, to work for them, but the Egyptian army managed to eliminate them.
