Hamas is attacking the Palestinian Authority over the arrest of one of its men in Tulkarm (in Judea and Samaria) by Abu Mazen's security forces in front of his family, as can be seen in the video. 

The arrest in the city center and in broad daylight was documented by security cameras and Hamas accused that these were methods of mafia and undercovers, claiming that the PA was performing a complementary role to the occupation in their own words. 

The Hamas terrorist arrested today by the PA, Islamboli Badir, was previously detained by Israel.
