Triple summit in Washington: Lapid to meet with Blinken and UAE foreign minister

Foreign Ministers meet this week with Abdullah Ben-Zayed, in which they are expected to discuss cooperation between the US, Israel, and the United Arab Emirates as part of the "Abraham Accords", as well as on the Iranian issue. The tripartite working meeting is a significant move by the Biden administration in pushing for agreements.

Foreign Minister Yair Lapid will hold a meeting in Washington this week with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and UAE Foreign Minister Abdullah Ben-Zayed. The meeting is expected to deal with cooperation between the United States, Israel, and the United Arab Emirates as part of the "Abrahamic Agreements", but also on the Iranian issue.

The tripartite working meeting is a significant move by the Biden administration in pushing forward the agenda of  "Abraham Accords" When the peace agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates was signed, one of the main ambitions was to also make joint moves with the United States in the political, security, and economic spheres.
