Iranian IRGC arresting Syrian troops for taking "their" bribes

Saturday, sources in the local Syrian media reported that Iranian Revolutionary Guards soldiers arrested members of the Assad regime's forces, after a conflict broke out between them in the town of Yalda in the Damascus countryside, amid security tensions and vigilance that lasted until midnight.
A Syrian officer with the rank of lieutenant colonel and several soldiers were at the checkpoint at the time, in addition to two Iranian Revolutionary Guards fighters whose job it was to facilitate the passage of trucks and cars and collect "Pocket Fees" from civilians at the crossing, Zaman al-Wassel reported.
