EU Foreign Minister Joseph Burrell announced on Friday that he had "reopened" negotiations on reviving the Obama nuclear deal, which is in a state of stagnation.

"Negotiations have stalled and reopened," said Burrell of Wangles in northern Germany, where he is attending a meeting of G7 foreign ministers, noting that he believes a final agreement is still within reach.
