10 Years to Gilad Shalit Returning Home

This week ten years ago, the captured IDF soldier Gilad Shalit was released and returned home.
Shalit was kidnapped by Hamas terrorist organization at the Gaza border in 2006 and was held in Hamas captivity for five years.
After long negotiations, Shalit was released as part of a deal between Israel and Hamas terrorist organization.
Today Shalit is married and lives peacefully with his family.
