"For the first time in years, the harvest in the communities adjacent to the Gaza Strip has ended quietly and successfully, without incendiary balloons, fires or Hamas rockets,” said Israel’s PM
Israeli Prime Minister, Naftali Bennett, held yesterday (Sunday) what is expected to be his final weekly cabinet meeting. The Israeli parliament is expected to vote on its dissolution today (pending surprises, as are often the case in the country’s politics), with Foreign Minister Yair Lapid replacing Bennett at the wheel starting Tuesday or Wednesday.
At the start of his final meeting, Bennett listed the various achievements his short-lived government had on multiple fronts, especially regarding the ongoing fight against terror.
