A window into the past
In an ancient 2,700-year window overlooking the vista of modern Jerusalem. This recreation shows what it would have looked like to glance out of a palatial window in the time of the Judean Kings during the First Temple Period.

Archaeologists not only discovered the beautifully decorated capitals that held up the building but also miniatures of the capitals, used for windows- which is what you see recreated here - at the exact location of where it was found.
