Maj. Gen. Brigadier General Winter, commander of Division 98 ends the month-long "Chariots of Fire" exercise of war with the "Blessing of Salvation" (The blessing recited upon deliverance from danger) and heartfelt praise and thanks to his subordinates, officers and soldiers.
