Islamic Jihad threatens: We are on the verge of escalation against Israel against the background of the hunger strike of the 7 administrative prisoners in the Israeli prison.

Is this just more "empty threats" - or are things coming to a head? Remember, PIJ (Palestinian Islamic Jihad) is run by Iran's IRGC and does their bidding.
