Poll: Only 5 Percent of Democrats Support Hillary Clinton for President

Only 5 percent of Democrat primary voters support Hillary Clinton for President in a hypothetical 2024 bid, a Thursday McLaughlin & Associates poll revealed.

The poll asked Democrat respondents who they would for if the 2024 Democrat primary were held today.

Only 5 percent of respondents selected Hillary Clinton, five percent chose Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), 11 percent said Vice President Kamala Harris, 15 percent ticked Michelle Obama, and 27 percent said they chose President Joe Biden.

The poll comes as Biden’s popularity has sagged during his first time. Democrats are worried he may not be the best candidate in 2024. Indeed, Biden is not even the most popular politician in America. That spot is held by Donald Trump, according to RealClearPolitics. Even so, Biden claims he will still run in 2024.
