Speaker of the Yemeni Parliament, Sultan Al-Barkani,  said Saturday, that Iran is fighting on Yemeni soil and undermining security not only in the Gulf, but also security and stability in the Red Sea.

Al-Barkani was quoted saying that "the fingers that drive the Houthi movement outside of Yemen will not stop at certain borders, but will cross the borders of Yemen with their blatant and cross-border aggression."

During his meeting with Arab ambassadors at the Europe UN headquarters in Geneva, al-Barkani noted that Iran provides support to the Houthis "from food supplies to the supply of missiles and drones."
