The Bennett-Lapid-Left government in Israel has sent messages to the Biden administration in the United States, according to which the government will not advance the construction of the new neighborhood in Atarot, which was approved by the local committee of the Jerusalem municipality a few days ago, an Israeli official said tonight (Thursday). 

According to him, Israel clarified to the United States a few days ago that the government has no control over the local committee in the Jerusalem municipality and that the plan will not be promoted by the district committee that is under the control of the government.
