The opposition leader referred in plenary to the attack on the shores of Oman and said harsh words against the US administration: "I refused to pledge to the presidents of the United States that I would always inform them of attacks."
Opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu in the plenum on Monday called for a confrontation with Iran, saying: "The information provided to the United States will be leaked to the media and will thwart our counterterrorism operations.
"That is why for the last decade I have refused the requests of American presidents to always undertake to inform them of our actions."
"This is an existential issue for Israel, in which there may be surprises and sometimes surprises are needed," Netanyahu said, attacking Prime Minister Bennett:
"You have made us a kind of sponsor state with a reporting obligation. If we do not have independence in this matter, we have no independence at all."
