This is Ashli Babbitt. She served in both Iraq and Afghanistan and she was killed in the Capitol Building on January 6, 2021. She was the only person killed that day, and she was unarmed.

She was killed by a reckless cop. Michael LeRoy Byrd was a Capitol police officer with a history of reckless behavior. In 2019  he was charged for leaving his weapon in a toilet in the Capitol Building.

Unlike police woman, Kim Potter, who mostakenly shot a man with her gun instead of her taser,  and was found guilty of first-degree manslaughter, 

Derek Chauvin was found guilty of the murder of George Floyd, a petty criminal who had been resisting arrest.

But LeRoy Byrd was exhonerated of all charges, and some in the media called him a hero, for shooting an unarmed woman to death.

Look at the face of Ashli Babbitt and tell me if there has not been a miscarriage of justice.
